The attention of advertisers is drawn to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (‘the Act’) and the provisions of the Act that have relevance to advertising.
It is the responsibility of the person, company or advertising agency submitting the advertisement for publication to ensure compliance, not only with the Act, but other laws relevant to advertising and its content.
MOMENTUM Instruction, being publisher, does not accept any responsibility for the content of any advertisement or its compliance with the Act or any other relevant law.
However, MOMENTUM Instruction reserves the right to refuse or withdraw from publication any advertising at any time without giving reason (even if the advertising has previously been published by MOMENTUM Instruction).
